Greenlyzer is building a hydrogen-based Green Moving Grid — a distributed power architecture designed to augment traditional grids and deliver intelligent, resilient energy systems for AI data centres, hospitals, industrial parks, and commercial estates.
We are seeking a commercially proven Senior Sales Manager with deep hands-on experience in standby and distributed power equipment sales across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in capital equipment sales within power generation ecosystems and established relationships across infrastructure-grade customers.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will lead commercial expansion across Southeast Asia, managing strategic accounts and long-cycle capital equipment opportunities within mission-critical environments.
This role requires strong territory management discipline, experience in specification-based selling, and the ability to engage engineering consultants, EPC firms, facility operators, and C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1.Revenue Growth & Territory Management
• Own Southeast Asia sales pipeline and booking targets
• Develop and execute territory account plans
• Drive opportunity development from specification to contract award
• Manage long-cycle capital equipment sales processes
2.Strategic Account & Channel Development
• Build relationships with industrial parks, hospitals, AIDC operators, utilities, and large commercial estates
• Engage EPC contractors, M&E consultants, and system integrators
• Identify and manage channel partners or dealer networks where appropriate
• Expand footprint within key verticals requiring standby or prime power reliability
3.Tender & Technical Sales Execution
• Lead tender submissions, bid clarifications, and technical-commercial proposals
• Interpret single-line diagrams, load profiles, and redundancy requirements
• Position lifecycle value, reliability performance, and total cost of ownership
• Support contract negotiation and commercial structuring
Regulatory & Market Navigation
• Understand regional permitting, interconnection, and safety requirements
• Engage with regulatory bodies and infrastructure stakeholders as required
• Support structured forecasting, CRM tracking, and reporting discipline
Qualifications
• at least 2 years of experience in power generation equipment sales, distributed energy, or mission-critical infrastructure
• Proven track record selling generator sets (diesel or gas), turbine-based systems, microgrids, or equivalent standby/prime power systems preferred
• Demonstrated success in specification-based capital equipment sales involving EPC firms and consultants
• Strong relationships across industrial, healthcare, data centre, or commercial infrastructure sectors in Southeast Asia
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar tenders and long-cycle procurement processes
• Familiarity with redundancy standards, uptime requirements, and mission-critical load environments
• Working knowledge of power system configurations, electrical integration, and site commissioning processes
• Experience with service agreements, aftermarket revenue models, or lifecycle support programs is a plus
• Strong CRM, pipeline forecasting, and territory planning discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Business
