Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partners, and markets across SEA.
- Lead market entry and store expansion (mono-brand and multi-brand).
- Develop business plans including sales forecasts, investment, and ROI projections.
- Conduct annual SWOT analyses and translate insights into sales strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and online partners.
- Drive sales performance, pricing discipline, forecasting, and inventory health.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and corrective action planning.
- Support execution of global campaigns and monthly marketing assets across channels.
- Coordinate product, brand, and sales training with internal stakeholders.
- Develop joint promotions to improve sales, product mix, and inventory turnover.
- Input into in-store and channel marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly sales reports from partners.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and in-store feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management and retail sales, preferably across multiple markets or regions.
- Experience in the luxury, premium, or high-end consumer goods or technology sectors is an advantage.
- Strong commercial and sales capability, with a clear results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven and consistent track record of delivering business growth and achieving targets.
- Highly conscientious and reliable, with strong follow-through and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated interest in premium lifestyle, technology, design, art, or cultural sectors relevant product knowledge is a plus.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective and collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and performing under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications, with strong Excel skills, POWER BI and professional digital communication practices
