Sales Manager
Location: Eunos
Salary: Up to $5,000
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
. Client Acquisition: Conduct cold calling and knocking on doors to identify potential clients and expand the market reach.
. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty.
. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
. Product and Service Presentation: Provide effective sales advice, information, and presentations on company products and services to clients.
. Customer Service Excellence: Identify and address customer issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer service.
. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the timely achievement of monthly sales targets.
. Sales Progress Reporting: Develop weekly sales progress reports and compile field reports.
. New Sales Executive Training: Train new sales executives in the industry.
. Alignment with Management Expectations: Align management expectations with goal setting for team members.
. Showroom Management: Oversee all aspects of the showroom.
Job Requirements:
. Travel: Ability to travel around Singapore if required.
. Communication: Strong communication skills with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and architects.
. Onsite Presence: Required to visit clients on-site for advice and lighting consultations.
. Communication and Initiative: Excellent communication and initiative skills.
. Microsoft and AutoCAD Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft and AutoCAD (preferred).
. Relevant Lighting Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in lighting sales.
