Position Title: Sales Manager (SI / Principal)
The Sales Manager (SI / Principal) is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding the company's market presence within the ICT and technology sector. This role focuses on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while strengthening the company's competitive positioning.
Lead, supervise, and manage assigned team members to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Align sales team objectives with overall company goals and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients act as escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, pricing structures, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales consultations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Generate accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic business plans.
Set clear sales targets, develop incentive programs, and drive team performance to exceed objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and distribution ecosystems.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies is an added advantage.
