We are looking for a highly driven, talented, and self-motivated Sales Manager with experience in engaging the public sector to join our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Public Sector Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Singaporegovernment agencies, public sector organizations, and statutory boards.
- Act as the main point of contact for public sector accounts, understanding their national and agency-level cybersecurity priorities.
- Proactively keep abreast of government cybersecurity frameworks, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity consulting and managed services to public sector clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales team to develop proposals tailored to tender and RFP requirements.
- Proactively monitor government procurement portals for relevant opportunities and work with internal teams to respond.
Consultative & Solution Selling
- Understand clients cybersecurity compliance obligations, national directives, and operational challenges.
- Recommend tailored cybersecurity testing, advisory, and managed services to meet their needs.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with agency mission objectives and technical requirements.
Deal & Account Management
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all public sector engagements and tender submissions.
- Monitor and respond to client queries throughout the sales cycle, flagging risks to deal closure.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and public sector opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in Business, Computing, or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of government sales experience in IT or cybersecurity, preferably with exposure to the public sector or government accounts.
- Experience in tender submissions, framework agreements, and government procurement processes will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts while staying detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior government stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly pick up knowledge about cybersecurity services and technologies.
