Takes & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales activities and business performance for Project business in distributors network in APAC region. The incumbent is expected to work closely with the Area Sales Managers to develop the business in the respective countries. Project Sales Manager supports and coaches Partners in increasing their technical capabilities and sales performance.
- Responsible for business development of Project business: VNA, Warehouse Equipments and Automation
- Strategic and systematic development of Project Business
- Responsible for P&L of Project Business
- Define business plans, targets and measures with Distributors
- Strongly increase market knowledge, identify and capture growth opportunities and develop right solutions for the market
- Ensure technically feasible and suitable solutions
- Grow business with Distributors and drive profitable business growth
- Managing accounts receivables with Partners and finance
- Close cooperation with Distributors to build their capabilities and realize potentials in Project business
- Monitor Distributor's performance & activities and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets
- Implement best practices, tools and efficient processes
- Ensure qualification and training of Distributors employees
- Interface and cooperate with functional departments
- Key contact for VNA, Warehouse Equipment & Automation in APAC Partners

- Extensive know-how inindustrial B2B distributor management
- Strong industry knowledge in intralogistics, material handling and/or capital equipment
- Working experience in European-based company in similar capacity
- Professional proficiency in English and local languages
