We are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our business-to-business (B2B) channel. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who can identify, develop, and secure partnerships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, architects, and design firms.
You will play a key role in shaping the B2B growth strategy, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue in a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
. Identify, approach, and secure corporate clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and facility management companies.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
. Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
. Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products or services in the B2B segment.
. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to management.
Requirements
. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in construction, building materials, interior solutions, or home solutions sectors.
. At least 5-8 years of experience in a senior sales or account management role.
. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company.
