Were looking for a Sales Manager to join Lush Platters and lead our business development efforts across Singapore. This is a new role ideal for a motivated, polished, and personable individual with proven track records in F&B sales experience; excited to be part of the team to shape our sales strategy and drive growth in a premium catering environment.
Youll focus on both acquiring new clients and managing key accounts across various business segments from law firms, financial institutions, luxury retail, weddings, shipping, financial and corporate sectors. Youll work closely with the kitchen, operations, and marketing teams to create customised menus and client-specific proposals, while delivering excellent service and meeting revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Lush Platters business plan, sales strategy, and marketing plan
- Prepare action plans for identifying and pursuing new leads, sales opportunities, and target clients
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new and existing markets
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
- Strengthen client relationships to encourage loyalty and manage account growth
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client needs
- Submit accurate, competitive pricing and proposals for all prospect applications while striving to maintain healthy margins
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop new catering concepts, layouts, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with the Kitchen team to customise menus, quotes, and food styling to suit client requirements
- Attend client meetings, tastings, and events as a representative of Lush Platters
- Perform other duties including special assignments and contributing to annual business objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the F&B catering or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to prospect, close deals, and manage long-term client accounts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Team player with a professional and personable demeanour
- Comfortable with quoting, pricing, and working collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic reporting systems is a bonus
