Job Description

You will play a critical role in driving enterprise engagements across India OR selected Southeast Asia(SEA) markets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with partners, agents, and System Integrators (SIs) to expand business coverage. The ideal candidate brings a mix of enterprise sales experience, channel development exposure, and an understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales & Engagement:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer business challenges and identifying areas where the company can add value.
  • Recommend tailored solutions aligned with customer workflows, operational needs, and digital transformation objectives.
  • Serve as a key presenter during high-stakes engagements, building influence and credibility across new and existing enterprise accounts.

Channel & SI Collaboration:

  • Work closely with channel partners, agents, and technology partners to develop winning go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist agents in developing and expanding business, ensuring strong channel ecosystem coverage.
  • Support the development and maintenance of large projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Market Development:

  • Manage agent relationships, driving SI development and identifying large enterprise opportunities - especially in emerging/lower-tier markets.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy development targeted at specific industry segments.
  • Lead the preparation of RFI/RFP responses, statements of work, and commercial proposals (including software licensing terms).
  • Maintain channel business performance by addressing technical needs and ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Core Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling to enterprise clients and influencing decisions at the C-suite level.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Indian business landscape, market dynamics, and commercial culture.

Additional Client Requirements:

  • Experience in large projects or channel sales is sufficient - candidates with IT hardware backgrounds (servers, enterprise hardware, networking devices) is highly desirable.
  • Flexible, driven, and agile thinker; sales experience from brand owners or distributors is a plus.
  • Experience in project-based sales, SI engagement, or channel ecosystem development is highly valued.
