Role Overview
A fast-growing Payment Organisation, with presence of more than 30 years, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on the Philippines and Thailand market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives in the Philippines and Thailand, while supporting broader SEA market growth across sales, marketing, GTM planning, and key account management.
- Define and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business KPIs, including revenue forecasts and performance reporting.
- Oversee local POS and payment hardware operations to maintain stability, security, and customer satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, service, delivery, and product teams to address customer needs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure smooth internal coordination.
- Support brand-building efforts and strengthen partnerships across the Philippines and Thailand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- At least 7-9 years of experience in the payment or financial technology sector, with strong understanding of the Philippines, Thailand, and broader SEA markets.
- Familiarity with payment hardware solutions and established networks with regional stakeholders.
- Proven success in new business development, sales strategy, and acquiring new clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills, with experience working across multiple countries.
- Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin, Filipino, or Thai is advantageous due to the need to engage with stakeholders from those markets.
- Based in Singapore or the Philippines, and reports to the Regional Director.
- Involves regular travel and close collaboration with teams across APAC and global headquarters to execute market development strategies and support local business expansion.
