Job Summary

You will play an active role in the company and industry by driving business growth in the B2B marketplace.
This role requires a self-starting sales professional who builds lasting customer relationships and leads business development in Package Substrate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and sales & marketing activities for Package Substrate (BGA, FlipchipBGA) to expand market share in emerging and strategic Package Substrate industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by engaging effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
  • Apply specialized expertise in the Package Substrate industry and oversee Design In and Design Win in new project managing qualification schedules as well as mass production.
  • Engage directly with customers in a professional environment to understand their needs and requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze substrate products, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics to inform strategic sales approaches.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet both short-term sales targets and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse cultural backgrounds to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communications to influence customer decision-making and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address customer challenges and optimize sales outcomes.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) to support effective communication with customers and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, including leading business development and sales & marketing activities within the semiconductor or packaging industries, and/or the passive components sector
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
  • Well-developed facilitation skills to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and deliver on both short- and long-term objectives
  • Customer-facing experience in a professional environment
