We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead from the front, drive revenue, and deliver results. This role is for a strong closer and leader who thrives on targets, owns their numbers, and pushes the team to hit monthly KPIs consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs

• Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth

• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve results

• Track performance, analyse gaps, and take corrective action fast

• Willing to work extra hours when required to close deals and hit targets

• Proven track record in sales management and target achievement

• Strong leadership with the ability to push, motivate, and deliver results

• Highly target-driven, resilient, and performance-focused

• Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills

• Comfortable with pressure, deadlines, and flexible working hours
