Sales Manager

Role Description

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales for our marine and offshore products like deck machinery, winch & LARS Vessel, Hatch cover, doors & windows, including vessel chartering/rental.
• Proven sales experience, and the ability to manage customer relationships, distributors, and project opportunities from prospecting to closing.
• Have contacts with regional customer, shipyard, shipowner and ship design institution.
• Have good knowledge and project experience in offshore and shipbuilding projects;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Develop regional sales and project strategies;
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of the marine industry and regional market dynamics in Asia is an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in underwater or offshore working environments like Oil & Gas, marine research, wind farm or shipbuilding will be added advantage.
