The company is seeking an Electrical Sales Manager to grow business and secure projects in construction and semiconductor industries, focusing on commercial, industrial, and cleanroom electrical works.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Electrical Sales Manager to expand our business and secure new projects in both construction and semiconductor industries. You will be responsible for bringing in electrical works including commercial, industrial, and semiconductor (cleanroom / wafer fab) projects.

Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new electrical projects in construction (commercial, industrial, LTA) and semiconductor/cleanroom environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, semiconductor clients, facility teams, consultants, and project managers to drive business growth
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to win projects
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed electrical projects
  • Attend site meetings to gather and clarify project requirements for accurate project planning
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and variation works to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
  • Oversee electrical scope including MSB/DB installation and modification, power and control cabling, lighting systems, ELV systems, equipment power-up works, and cleanroom/semiconductor electrical installations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of cleanroom practices and semiconductor environments to better understand client needs and project specifications
  • Familiarity with electrical systems such as MSB, DB, cabling, and ELV to support technical discussions and project planning
  • Existing client network within contractors and semiconductor clients to facilitate business development
  • Experience in tendering and cost estimation to prepare competitive and accurate bids
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and close deals
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset to achieve sales goals and drive business expansion
