Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales staff to build a capable team.
  • Coach, mentor, and deliver continuous training to enhance sales skills and team performance.
  • Set regional or team-specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results.
  • Develop sales strategies including pricing, customer segmentation, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze sales data such as revenue trends and conversion rates to evaluate team and individual performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide constructive feedback and align goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing deals, ensuring consistent progress.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, track performance, and produce accurate, timely sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to address complex inquiries and foster loyalty.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Present detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a positive, performance-focused team culture that motivates and drives high morale.
  • Negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients and stakeholders to secure business agreements.
  • Interpret sales reports and data to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve sales outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting software to support sales operations.
  • Apply 4 to 5 years of experience using TALLY Accounting software to support financial and sales processes.
