Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales staff to build a capable team.
- Coach, mentor, and deliver continuous training to enhance sales skills and team performance.
- Set regional or team-specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results.
- Develop sales strategies including pricing, customer segmentation, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.

- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing deals, ensuring consistent progress.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to address complex inquiries and foster loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients and stakeholders to secure business agreements.

- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting software to support sales operations.
- Apply 4 to 5 years of experience using TALLY Accounting software to support financial and sales processes.
