Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be leading the business development, sales development of all brands and marketing activities within the Lifescience portfolio focusing on Industry Consumables and especially in Microbiology. You are accountable for the overall expenses and profitability of the business segment. You will be responsible for managing, servicing, and maintaining good business relationships with all customers.

Through monitoring of market trends and customers, you will contribute by making recommendations or develop strategies to better position the team and resources to deliver optimal results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Science or related studies
• At least 5 years of relevant sales or product management experience
• Experience in Clinical Diagnostics segments or Animal Cell Culture Research, Pre-Analytical Chemistry and Infectious Diseases Diagnostics, Histopathology. Biochemistry, Microbiology, Hematology and molecular laboratories
• Strong analytical and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative thinking
• Driven personality with a hunger to succeed
• Strong analytical and management skills
