Job Description

Are you a creative, high-performing corporate sales professional with prior experience representing premium brands Our client, a well-established, renowned premium hotel group, is seeking for someone to join the core team driving revenue at one of their most unique flagship luxury properties in the region.

This is a unique opportunity offering autonomy to build your MICE pipeline from the ground up within a financially stable group, without legacy restrictions. You may be from MICE, luxury B2B services, or premium experience industries. Leverage a truly unique asset that naturally resonates with high-value corporate and incentive clients.

Responsibilities

As part of an established sales team, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle for corporate meetings, events, and incentives. You will personally manage the end-to-end sales process - collaborating with the marketing team on outreach, creating bundled solutions for complex client needs, to negotiation and contract closure. Your responsibilities will include implementing and executing the sales strategy to achieve overall MICE revenue goals, while managing accounts across industries. Experienced candidates would also be expected to maintain a sharp view of competitor performance and pricing to optimize revenue growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses minimally 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience selling to corporate audience. We welcome candidates with the network or demonstrated success selling solutions to local corporate accounts. You may be from MICE, Hotel Corporate Sales, luxury B2B services, or premium experience industries (e.g., private banking, premium airlines, high-end corporate events production). We seek a highly sales-driven and results-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
