We're looking for a dynamic Sales to drive device and equipment sales, while expertly managing post-sales services that keep clients coming back.

In this role, you'll craft standout sales strategies, build and empower a high-performance team, manage key accounts with finesse, and elevate our brand's presence, all while ensuring clients stay radiant and loyal, fueling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership:
    Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed individual and team target lead and grow a high-performing sales team track KPIs and performance metrics improve underperforming territory.
  • Team Development:
    Recruit, mentor, and manage sales talent instil a results and customer driven culture implement performance reviews and incentives.
  • Service Sales Management:
    Oversee and promote value-added services such as clinical training, maintenance contracts, and post-sales support.
  • Client & Key Account Management:
    Build strong client relationships, lead high-stakes negotiations, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Strategy & Expansion:
    Identify new growth opportunities, collaborate with marketing, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
    Handle forecasting, budgeting, CRM optimization, and provide performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Life Science or related field.
  • 8 years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles within medical devices or aesthetics.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and leading top-tier sales teams.
  • Experience selling medical devices, equipment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, positive and goal-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic, results-focused mindset with CRM and analytics proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of the aesthetics/medical device market and its regulatory and distribution landscape.
