Responsibilities:
Maximize profits from hot-rolled plate (HRP), long products and slab sourced mainly from Southeast-Asian and Chinese mills by:
- Trading Japanese mill HRP with Singapore Stockists and Traders
- Supplying ERSS contractors in Singapore through multiple suppliers
- Trading HRP, long products and slab to overseas customers in Southeast Asia, Australia, India as well as remote markets in Middle East, Europe North & South America
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Solid product knowledge: Hot Roll Plate, Rebar/Sections, Slabs ERSS familiarity is a plus.
- Strong numeracy for cost sheets, FX and freight calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel when required for business purposes
