Responsibilities:
Manage current customer relationships and explore new sales opportunities.
Actively search for new business leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows.
Organize meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Develop and present tailored proposals for products and services.
Oversee the management of sales activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
Gather insights from customers or prospects and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
Complete any other assigned responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales goals through a consultative approach in previous roles.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure business environment.
Experience in marine engines and propulsion systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in web-based applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel internationally for business assignments as needed.
A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, sales and marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, or relevant operational roles.
