Responsibilities:
. Formulate and align the Marine vertical strategy together with the General Manager, SEA
. Deliver or exceed the Marine vertical financial targets by the fiscal year-end
. Achieve year-on-year growth for spare parts sales
. Maintain or increase order intake and backlog compared to the prior fiscal year
. Uphold a zero-incident record for personal safety
. Monitor market developments and competitor activities to provide timely insights to internal teams
. Ensure the sales forecast pipeline meets or surpasses annual revenue goals
. Sustain or improve a win rate of 30% or higher
. Keep invalid Salesforce opportunities at or below 9% in both value and volume
Requirements:
. Strong enterprise-wide perspective
. Established connections with shipowners and ship management companies in SEA
. Technical proficiency in automation, electrical systems, and the marine sector
. Effective project management capabilities
. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
. Customer-focused while able to meet organisational targets
. Innovative mindset with strong digital aptitude
. Willingness to travel across SEA and occasionally to company factory locations
