Job Summary

The Marine Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities for marine heat exchanger products and services across Singapore and regional markets. The role involves building strong relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, shipyards, offshore operators, and marine engineering partners while identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored technical solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of marine systems, and a proven track record in B2B marine or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, OEMs, and marine service companies.
  • Promote the company's products and services including:Heat exchangersCharge air coolersOil coolersCondensersRadiatorsRepair and refurbishment services
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments within the marine industry.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings to strengthen business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
  • Support collection activities and ensure healthy customer account management.
