Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
Identify key differentiators and work with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to secure new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels.
Drive initiatives that create added value and long-term partnerships with customers.
Turn potential opportunities into actionable business plans.
Monitor market trends, demand, and competitors to maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
Maximize gross profit by adjusting pricing based on cost, competition, and market conditions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare SOPs for newly secured customers and brief operational teams to ensure process clarity.
Assist in resolving customer service issues when required.
Update sales activities in Salesforce for accurate and timely reporting.
Work with marketing and admin teams to develop and utilize customer-related materials and collateral.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Sales, or an equivalent field is preferred
5 to 8 years in sales positions in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry is preferred
Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management
Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions
