Sales Manager Position (Logistics Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities for Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation and Freight Management services.
• Achieve Sales Target and Revenue growth through developing new customers.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies.
• Preparation and submission of proposals to customers.
• Respond and follow-up on customers enquiries and requests.
• Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors.
• Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers intelligence.
• Ensure customers pay within their credit terms.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hunter sales role, within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding / contract logistics / warehousing / transportation / and supply chain solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
