Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in Chennai. This role involves driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving ambitious business targets within the LAP segment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP business objectives and expand market share in Chennai.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP Sales Executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development for the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market and LAP product offerings.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
