Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, and monitor progress regularly.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company objectives.
Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
Prepare proposals, manage pricing strategies, and handle negotiations.
Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in menu planning, costing, and customization for clients.
Monitor market trends and analyse sales data to report on performance.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related fields.
10-15 years of progressive/cumulative sales experience within catering, hospitality, or Food & Beverage sectors.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Experienced in tendering processes and procurement procedures.
Strong knowledge of catering operations and event logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in catering sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
