Scope of Work

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote salon services and products.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and oversee sales promotions, events, and campaigns to boost sales performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and report on KPIs to ensure consistent growth and performance.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-notch customer experiences & result delivered

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty related services, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficient in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
