Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a wide range of roles including sales, client management, customer service, coordination, documentations and basic admin roles.
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities on company's range of motor vehicle repair, maintenance and installation (for vehicle parts and accessories) services.
- Handling of call and email enquiries.
- Attending to walk-in Customers.
- Following-up on enquiries and / or customer's requests.
- Foster strong customer relationships.
- Provide timely advance reminders on routine car servicing.
- Creating and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services in related industry.
- Coordination with Technical Team on projects.
- Preparing Quotations.
- Preparing Monthly Sales Reports.
- Provide regular sales and business updates to Owner.
- Achieving good sales.
- Basic administration duties.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Owner.
Job Requirements:
- Passion to develop a sales career in the motor vehicle repair / maintenance / installation industry.
- Preferable for candidate(s) to have at least a Diploma education. Specialization may include but not limited to following: Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Mechatronics, etc.
- Strong knowledge about motor vehicles and its industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to learn about motor vehicles industry and sales techniques.
- Good organizational skills and able to multi-task.
- Willing and able to work on a 6 days work week.
- Willing and able to work on every Saturday.
Miscellaneous Information:
- Official Work Days / Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am - 6pm
- Work Location: Woodlands area
- Remuneration Package: $6,000 - $7,000
