What We Seek to Accomplish Together

We are expanding our Singapore headquarters and are looking for a highly motivated Air Charter Sales Consultant to join our growing team. While prior private aviation or charter brokerage experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. What is essential is your solid sales background in high-end service industries, with proven experience dealing directly with premium or VIP clients.

You must be commercially astute, proactive in identifying new sales opportunities, and confident in closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships. If you are driven by achieving financial targets and thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and grow a strong pipeline of potential customers through research, networking, outbound calls, emails, social platforms, and market intelligence.
  • Actively acquire new clients and convert prospects into loyal JETBAY customers, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present tailored charter proposals with strong commercial judgement to maximise conversion and profitability.
  • Work closely with internal teams-including Operations and Customer Success-on charter arrangements from enquiry to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor flight progress when required, with CS support available for real-time coordination.
  • Collaborate with aviation operators when necessary to source aircraft options, ensuring competitive and suitable solutions for clients (not a core responsibility).
  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on revenue achievement.
  • Respond to urgent or time-sensitive customer enquiries when needed (flexible availability is required due to the nature of charter sales).

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in high-end service industries (e.g., luxury travel, hospitality, banking, real estate, concierge services, lifestyle management), with direct client-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to identify sales leads, build rapport, and convert opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • A balance of independence and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Previous charter brokerage or private aviation experience.
  • Sound understanding of aircraft types, aviation operations, or chartering processes.
  • A track record of charter sales or aviation-related business development.
  • Fluency in Chinese is preferred due to business communication requirements.
