Job Summary
Looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster a collaborative environment
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives to increase revenue
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive sales management and team coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to expand the customer base
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives and optimize customer engagement
- Conduct sales training and performance evaluations to improve team skills and productivity
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive client relations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience managing a sales team (minimum 3-5 years in sales)
- Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and client interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage sales data and customer information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of Class 3 driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance that supports a strong team culture
- Strong problem-solving skills applied to sales challenges and customer issues
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities to expand business connections
- Experience in the automotive industry (added advantage)
