・Determine and manage hotel pricing strategies

・Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

・Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

・Drive sales and business development with corporate clients

・Plan and optimize sales channels and advertising initiatives

・Maintain relationships with key partners

・Monitor marketing trends and changes in the market environment

・Plan and execute promotional campaigns

・Prepare and present performance report

Requirements:

・Minimum Bachelor's degree.

・Proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to Japanese speaking stakeholders and customers

・Proven experience in market analytics and sales planning

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

・Highly responsible, reliable, and committed individual

・Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies

・Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
