Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Managing existing customers by increasing trade volume.
- Cold call and visit potential customers and provide quotations and proposals.
- Liaise and coordinate all sales-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and filing customer tariffs and quotation.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales report for management, including pipeline updates execution of quotations.
- Lead sales team and work closely with operations/sales/accounts teams for the billing and outstanding payment follow up.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/other discipline.
- Minimum 7 - 9 year(s) of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics industry, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
- Good team player, with an enthusiastic & proactive attitude.
Working hour: Mon - Fri , 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
