Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
- Generate leads via territory coverage, networking, and social channels
- Engage prospects, qualify needs, and schedule client meetings
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations and solution pitches
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics
- Forecast sales and manage pipeline conversion and closure probability
- Represent company at events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and partners
- Gather market and customer insights to inform strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience (Government/Enterprise preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Salesforce is a plus
- Exposure to IT services/solutions is advantageous
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Confident in multi-channel client engagement (email, phone, in-person)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
