Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to spearhead our initiatives in the IoT and networking domains. This leadership position is vital for driving revenue growth and enhancing our market footprint. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B sales, particularly within the IoT and telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Cultivate, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a crucial role in providing support and resources to help team members meet and exceed their sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Creation:
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies that align with our organizational goals. This includes identifying key markets, establishing sales objectives, and developing actionable plans to successfully penetrate the IoT and networking industries.
  • Market Research and Insights:
  • Leverage your industry expertise to conduct thorough market analysis, identifying trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics. This insight will guide strategic decisions and help refine our sales approach for maximum impact.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders in the IoT and telecommunications fields. Your ability to engage effectively at all levels will be essential in driving sales initiatives and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Evaluation:
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior leadership. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of current sales strategies and proposing data-driven improvements.
