We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in driving customer acquisition through roadshows and offline marketing events. This role involves managing a group of part-time sales promoters, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing training and motivation to achieve high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of part-time sales promoters during roadshows and events
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff
- Monitor sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales effectiveness
- Handle on-site operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of events
- Report daily and weekly sales results to management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales management or team leadership
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to handle fast-paced event environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or event-based schedules when required
