Sales Manager (Industrial / Data Centre Infrastructure/ M&E) - Basic + Comm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team supporting sales and project execution activities

• Drive business development and sales for industrial and engineering solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors

• Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities within data centre (DC) projects

• Work closely with project, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor project pipelines, sales performance, and revenue targets

• Participate in negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract discussions

• Support management with market insights, forecasts, and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales or business development within industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors

• Experience or exposure to data centre, semiconductor, industrial systems, or infrastructure projects is an advantage

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and client engagements concurrently
