This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader to spearhead strategic business expansion, develop key partnerships, and lead high-impact sales initiatives across Singapore.
Lead and drive product line sales growth to achieve overall business objectives in Singapore
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue
Build and strengthen distribution networks through the appointment and management of reseller and distributor partners
Identify and penetrate new key accounts while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
Collaborate closely with regional product line managers to accelerate sales performance and market expansion
Gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and strengthen brand positioning within the industry
Support the implementation of regional business strategies and operational initiatives
Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative supervision to the local sales team
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
10 years of industrial B2B sales experience
At least 5 years in a sales leadership or managerial capacity
Proven track record in business development, channel management, and key account management
Experience in industries such as aviation, military, oil & gas, power plants, mining, automotive repair, cutting tools, or industrial hardware is highly advantageous
Candidates with prior RSAF background and leadership experience are highly preferred
