Job Description


  • Focus role on developing and penetrating new accounts, while handling existing accounts.
  • Be responsive to all sales inquiries, RFQ, qualities, and technical issues as highlighted by customers from time to time.
  • Preparation of quotations, submission of sales requisitions, and creation of project entry into the in-house ERP system.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve company sales targets cost and profit management.
  • Resolves customer issues by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management.
  • Tactfully in working out and submitting the right quote to maximize the opportunity to win the contract.
  • Promote new business opportunities and be p roactive in dealing with customers at all levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules to make sure customer's requests are met.

  • Degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience in doing the Sales/Business Development scopes in both the Semiconductor and Automation industries.
  • Strong business acumen, result-oriented and aggressive in new account development.
  • Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Self-Motivated, independent, assertive and able to work under high pressure and tight dateline with minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • Having a Class 3 driving license with owning a car will be an advantage.
