Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager (Hunter) to aggressively grow their footprint in Singapore's foodservice channel

  • New Business Development, able to pitch and present to senior stakeholders
  • Proactively hunt, prospect, and close new foodservice accounts
  • Build and manage a live, structured pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Key Account Penetration
  • Negotiate product listings, trial agreements, pricing, and promotional terms
  • Build strong relationships across all levels
  • Distributor Partnership
  • Share market leads, customer insights, and field intelligence
  • Deliver against agreed new account targets, revenue growth goals, and distribution KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, supply chain, and finance
  • Provide accurate monthly volume forecasts for accounts under development to support demand planning.
