Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of flat steel products and overseas business expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mills and customers identify new clients and business opportunities
  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are met through proactive relationship management
  • Execute management's sales strategy to drive growth in steel product sales
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and support aggressive sales actions
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Research, analyse, and recommend market opportunities to maximise earnings and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proven experience in steel merchandising and trading
  • Strong knowledge of steel products (Hot Rolled Coil, Cold Rolled Coil, GI, etc.)
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a multinational company
  • Established industry network with proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel for business when required
