Morgan McKinley is partnering with an expanding B2B protein solutions provider in the search for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA and F&B chain accounts within Singapore
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement teams, and key decision makers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, promotions, and market insights
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales within foodservice / F&B / HORECA
- Existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, and/or F&B chains in Singapore
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable owning the Singapore market
- Experience selling food ingredients, gourmet products, or FMCG food solutions is a strong advantage
