Overall management and P&L responsibility of company's HORECA and Wholesale Trade segment in Singapore and Malaysia
Provide leadership, motivation and sales coaching to the sales team
Develop, execute and periodically review and adjust annual business plan and sales strategy for assigned markets
Set goals and lead sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
Identify and pursue new and profitable customers, product markets and/or market segments in order to maximise revenue opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, suggesting strategies and roadmaps for sales improvement whenever required
Review and set product pricing levels as deemed appropriate with regard to market conditions and competitors prices
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts in the HORECA and Wholesale Trade segment
Conduct detailed market and competitor research (e.g. identifying market trends, competitor price benchmarking) for input into the company's business and sales strategies
Develop and execute trade-promotion activities in line with sales strategy
Attend/participate in trade shows and other professional networks as required
Other ad-hoc sales & marketing duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements
Degree in Related Field
Strong sales and communication skills
Sales target driven
Able to multi-task and work with other departments
At least 5 years of industry experience, preferably in the HORECA, Wholesale Trade or FMCG industry
