Job Summary
Hisense is looking for a Sales Manager who is mainly responsible for B2B AC sales, including product planning, pricing analysis, channel management, marketing, and business plan forecast management to drive sales growth and optimize product positioning.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & New Business Development
- Identify and develop new market segments and B2B opportunities in the HVAC/AC industry
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients (contractors, developers, consultants, corporate clients, etc.)
- Build sales pipeline from scratch and drive conversion to achieve growth targets
- Develop go-to-market strategies to expand brand presence and market share
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Establish strong relationships with new customers and key decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution proposals
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored AC/HVAC solutions
- Sales Execution & Deal Closing
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Project & Tender Development
- Source and follow up on new project leads and tender opportunities
- Coordinate internally for tender submissions and technical support
- Convert project opportunities into secured contracts
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Identify gaps in the market and propose strategies to capture new business
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support new projects
- Ensure smooth handover after deal closure
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a full-time program
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with overseas product line or sales experience in home appliances
- Proficient in office software applications to support data analysis and reporting
- Strong logical reasoning, clear communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across functions
- Demonstrated responsibility and execution capability to manage work pressure and deliver results
