Job Summary
Lead and manage the sales team to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and optimizing sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and increase revenue growth
- Develop, execute, and oversee sales strategies and plans to meet business targets and maximize sales opportunities
- Define and implement approaches for acquiring new business and retaining existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and needs
- Foster customer relationships to achieve targeted revenue goals
- Promote a positive and motivating environment within the sales team to enhance performance
- Investigate and resolve issues impacting sales performance to improve outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and leverage changes to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Review and analyze sales performance reports to inform strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness
