Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingand actively monitoring leads from partner communication channels, with a focuson increasing company revenue by hunting for and identifying potential clients.You will address customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a clearunderstanding of business requirement and preparation of quotations and serviceagreements.

Additionally, you will build and maintain strongrelationships with both business customers and driver partners, ensuring a highlevel of satisfaction. A proactive approach to identifying issues, seekingimprovement ideas from customers, and accurately relaying information to theOperations Team is key. You will also complete operational tasks in a timelymanner, adhering to deadlines, and foster strong collaboration with theOperations Team. Other duties may be assigned as required by your supervisor.

WhatYou Will Deliver

. Manage and actively monitor andattending to leads from partner communication channels

. Increase company revenue via hunting & searching for potential clients

. Address inquiries & requests from customers & obtain clear understanding ofbusiness requirements

. Assist Head of Department in preparing Quotation & Service Agreements

. Build rapport & maintain strong relationships with our business customers as wellas driver partners

. Proactively identify issues & seek ideas for improvement from customers & relayaccurate messages back to the Operations Team

. Completeoperational tasks in a timely manner & adhere to tight deadlines

. Fosterstrong collaboration with Operations Team

. Perform any other duties assignedto you by your supervisor

Whoyou are

. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain,Logistics or Business related disciplines

. Preferably equipped with 1-2 years relevant experience in sales and related industries

. Havea good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics,warehousing and freight forwarding

. Energetic and well-organized, hard-working with strong team work

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficient in Google Suite and MSoffice applications
