Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build a team of strong, self-motivated sales consultants for outside/outbound sales
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of roadshow sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Plan and coordinate roadshow schedules, logistics, and staffing to ensure maximum impact and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and messaging
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and effectiveness

Work Arrangements:

  • Working days: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends (off-days are on weekdays)
  • Hours: 12pm to 9pm
  • Location: At our roadshow/event booths

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
  • A proven track record of success in Sales leadership and team management of at least 5 consultants
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Passion for driving results and exceeding targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software
