Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, providing direction and motivation to ensure KPI achievement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, market segments, and customer bases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and market insights.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-up.
- Support training and professional development initiatives for the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales within the industrial gas or cryogenic solutions sector.
