Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, providing direction and motivation to ensure KPI achievement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, market segments, and customer bases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and market insights.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-up.
  • Support training and professional development initiatives for the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and across the region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales within the industrial gas or cryogenic solutions sector.
