Sales Manager, Freight Forwarding

Our client is an International Freight Forwarding and Logistics company. They are looking for a Sales Manager, Freight Forwarding to be based in the Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities

. Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers.

. Develop, build rapport and nurture long - term partnerships with the target existing accounts and continually expanding the account share.

. Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.

. Ensure personal and team sales targets and KPIs are met.

. Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers.

What they are looking for

. Bachelor's Degree in logistics or supply chain management with a minimum 7 - 9 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics industry

. At least 3 years in management or leadership role.

. Proven track record of selling freight forwarding solutions.

. Prior ocean freight forwarding (LCL and FCL)experience is required.

. Prior experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry is a must.

. Driven and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
