Your new company
Our client is a wellestablished, leading supplier of food ingredients, serving foodservice customers across Singapore. As part of their growth plans in the horeca sector, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their local sales team and drive new business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Singapore sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow presence within Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, and Foodservice customers
  • Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new HoReCa clients while strengthening existing key accounts
  • Work closely with technical, applications, and operations teams to deliver customerfocused solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decisionmakers including chefs, restaurant owners, culinary directors, and purchasing teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking against KPIs
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management within food ingredients, bakery, pastry, or foodservice
  • Strong knowledge of the HoReCa landscape in Singapore
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a highperforming sales team
  • Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
  • Comfortable working in a consultative, solutionbased selling environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and commercially minded
  • Willingness to be handson in the market while managing a team
