  • Plan, coordinate and manage implementation of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Build activity workflow, templates, tools and reports to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
  • Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Keep track of and Coordinate key retailer monthly sales reports and circulate as required to the designated teams.
  • Based on retailer sales reports, provide analysis and action plans to boost sales.
  • Consult customers marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Improve retention and growth of existing business.

Requirements

  • Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales track record.
  • Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
  • Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
  • Able to travel overseas, when required.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight dealines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required
